Wow, it's been forever since I've posted in here. Not sure what to say, really. There hasn't been a lot going on over the past year. As always, I've been slacking on my writings. I've been wanting to get back to work on them, but I just haven't had any motivation.

For those who haven't noticed, my site has a new name. It is now called Kitsuria Network. I named it after the world where my main story takes place. There is currently a RP going on, and anyone who is interested can join. You don't have to be a kitsune, any species is welcome. Other than that, I'm going to try and get my ass in gear with my stories.

A summary of what's been going on:

- Got told I was being kicked out unless I convert to Christianity. (basically)
- Moving to another state with another furry. Let us hope the third time's a charm.

not sure what to say here. i moved, and i'm still unemployed.

on the bright side, this gives me plenty more time to work on my writings. i'll probably have chapter three of 'kitsurian chronicles' up during the week. and i promise i won't slack anymore. hell, let's make it my new year's resolution. i won't slack on my writings anymore.

also, i know, i missed my 5,000th pageview landmark. irl situations caught up. i'll try for...i dunno...5,100? or maybe some other unusual number. we'll see.

Yeah, yeah, I know. I haven't updated in a couple months. Things came up. I got fired from my job for breaking a register, so time was being spent on job hunting. I started up on a couple new projects that are now on hold because of the current situation.

Long story short - I'm moving. Until I get to my new place and am somewhat stable again, I won't be very active. My destination is going to be Bremen, IN. I'm moving in with someone I know there, and I'll likely have a job opportunity. Plenty of new places to put my name out to.

Saturday

The ride that was supposed to take me and Raine to SacAnime overslept, so we ended up walking. The directions Google Maps gave us was highly inaccurate, thus having us have to walk all the way around the Cal Expo center, over the freeway…it was a 5 mile walk. And my backpack was heavy because it had my tail and other things in it. But…we made it there. Then, there was the long line for registration. After getting in line, we saw a girl with this sign that said, "You just lost the game." Fffffuuuuu-…. Oh, we also saw someone cosplaying Ruki Nonaka from Digimon Tamers, and there was someone with a Gomamon plush. …and pedobear wanted hugs.

Anyway, after registration, we checked out the dealer's room and artist's alley. Then, we had lunch. The place had a good deal, too. All you can eat sandwiches, soup, pizza, and salad, dessert, and drinks for $10. We then went to the ATM to take out money for the dealer's room, to find out that it was out of order. So we tried going to CostCo to use theirs. It was out of service, too. And, the nearest place that had an ATM after that — would have been too far to walk.

Though, fortunately, some of the dealers took credit cards. So, I bought a Shaymin (Sky Forme) plush and a figurine (which I found out I have to assemble myself), and eventually took a break to sit down. During this break, I saw a girl cosplaying as Ness. Also I found that my regular camera's batteries died (thanks for telling me beforehand, camera), and my phone was running low. In fact, I was /barely/ able to get a picture of said girl, and it didn't come out too well. So hopefully, I'll see her again tomorrow for a retake — with my camera that should have fully charged batteries by then.

Other than that, I just traded DeviantArt info, and left some grafitti in someone's sketchbook (hey, the sign requested it!). I gave 'em my e-mail, dA name, and a link to ParaBound.

Sunday

Sunday morning, I got my camera working properly, which was good because I wasn't about to rely on my phone with its low battery life. Oh, I brought my Eee with me to the con to use as supplemental power. Upon arriving at the Radisson, Raine went to Subway to get a sandwich, and I decided to wait on getting food. I headed to the dealer's room, and found @jhicks, who was running the Little Vampires booth. I bought a pin from him that said "low on whimsy".

After that, I went back to the hallway to meet up with Raine and another Digimon fan. We talked a bit about Digimon and a MUCK we're working on. We also saw someone cosplaying as Beetlejuice. Someone would say "Beetlejuice" three times, and he would "attack" them. He was quite amusing. I also encountered a guy wearing an EarthBound t-shirt. It's nice meeting a fellow MOTHER fan.

I then headed to the artist's alley to look at more artwork and leave more "graffiti" in notebooks. I also tried out an engine demo of a game called Helicopter Beast Freak. Went back into the dealer's room, and actually got someone to draw a picture of one of my characters on a Pokémon MUCK. To kill time while she was doing my commission, I tried out another game on display in the artist's alley whose name escapes me — it was using the MUGEN system and had all sorts of superheroes in it. I also bought a Tails plush from the dealer's room. I sat down in the lobby to relax, and check on the Internet with my Eee while charging my phone. I then headed to Extreme Pizza for dinner. After getting the picture of Mizu, I just stayed and chatted with *MiakaLin until it was time to leave.

My overall opinion of the con? It was fun. It gave me a chance to get out of the house. My biggest complaint would be the overcrowding in the hallway, where they had the artist's alley. They probably could have put that in a more open area. Other than that, I had fun. I'm looking forward to the next con I go to.

Anything Else

For those that are concerned, I know, I am severely slacking on the next chapter of Kitsurian Chronicles. Sorry. Things came up. I am hoping to, like, get some more chapters cranked out during the week. Since I am still unemployed, I should have no excuse for not catching up on my projects. These projects include: Doing something for Kitsune Paradise's 5th anniversary, a Digimon MUCK, ParaBound, a Digimon Fanfic, and Kitsurian Chronicles. There's probably a couple more, even. But I will get around to it.

okay, so chapter two's posted. it would have been done earlier if i wasn't so lazy and sick. but it's done. and i got a whole five days to do chapter three (if i keep my ass in gear, it will take me less time, and i will have more done). hopefully, i can get myself on a set schedule to upload two a week - on tuesdays and thursdays.

I have finally posted chapter one of Kitsurian Chronicles. Finally. And I am starting work on chapter two. Woohoo!

On another note, check out !RumpNissen's work. He's a pretty good artist, and one of his stories has a race that shares the same name as this story. Neat coincidence. ^^'

it's been a month since i posted and said i am going to do stuff. yes, i am still going to do stuff. i got motivation and inspiration now. hopefully i'll have something done within the next couple weeks. stay tuned.

I assure you, I still live. Been busy with work and stuff. My creative energy is slowly coming back, and I will soon have some new material up. Stay tuned.

it's been over 10 months since i last updated this, and i hardly accomplished a thing. i have no excuse for this other than the fact that i'm a lazy bum.

anyway, it's time to get off my ass and get to work on the projects i've been putting off.

* kitsumuck -- well, it's alive, not a whole lot of people on there, though. i need to revise the theme a bit, fix some things up. maybe start fresh. we'll get something going in time.

* my writings -- i've been putting those off for, what, almost three years now? there's another story i've been meaning to brush the dust off of as well.

* kitsune paradise -- i've got some things that need to be done for the rpg addon as well as munjpets.

also, i see that i'm almost at 4,000 pageviews. i might cram something on here for that.

i recently finished the new layout for the kitsumuck site, and have plans to add a couple neat features to it.

i realize i forgot to make something in honor of making it to 3000 page views. so, i will wait until i get to 3500 or 4000. one or the other.

in the meantime, i am working on revising the things i have written already - namely, the chapters of vultopia you've seen posted on here. the reason i am doing this is to improve them and to fix some holes that...need fixing. ...and after that, i will write some new chapters.

I know. I haven't updated this shit in months. I've been lazy. And busy with kRPG. I need to get that stuff done.

New things will come soon. I know that I missed #2,500 at some point...we'll wait until #3,000. I've got nothing special to do right now. Maybe another one of those...crappy collages like what I did when I hit #1,500. I don't know.

All I know is, I need to quit procrastinating, and get more work done on my story.

I just noticed dA's new look today. Looks quite awesome. Makes me want to get my ass in gear with my own sites - as well as the content for those sites.

Yeah, yeah. I got a lot to do right now. Other than work, paying bills, having to renew my domain by August 27th, etc. - I have to work on kRPG, Vultopia, and Kitsune Paradise itself. I'm flat broke, and I supposedly won't get paid until AFTER my domain expires, and hopefully, a friend of mine would be able to spare 10 bucks so I could go and renew my domain, so it won't die. I value Kitsune Paradise almost as much as I value my own mates. Without them, I have nothing. I've kept a website going for over three years, and I will not let it go. The fact that now, it has gotten more popular and active, I need to keep it alive, and get more shit up on there.

Anyways, yeah. I got a lot to work on. If you want, here's a nice abridged list of things I need to get done, in no particular order.

kRPG v1.47 - Couple bugfixes, and some features I forgot to put in v1.46
Vultopia website - Better layout, etc.
Vultopia 3-2 - Part 3, Chapter 2. Hopefully, I will not procrastinate this time.
kRPG v2 - All new stuff.
KParadise - Main page layout, forum skin tweaks, etc.
kRPG website - Better layout and stuff

Hopefully, within this whole updating stuff, Kitsune Paradise won't go down due to domain expiry. If it comes down to it, I will go over my credit limit to keep Kitsune Paradise alive. A fee that I could pay with a future paycheck won't be that big of a deal.

I hit 2,500 pageviews. Sweet.

I've been busy with stuff.

Well, I am almost finished working on the new layout for Kitsune Paradise. I just need to finish a couple elements of it, then the main page is all set. The next step is the new skin for the forums. And it shouldn't be too difficult.

Another thing I should focus on is the dkRadio website. I still have to finish working on that, as well as the website for These Furious Days. I need to finish the script which they'd be using to put the content on the page. But there is still more I have to do. >.<

On other news - Until Uru is back! Check out this website for details. Obviously, Uru: Ages Beyond Myst or Uru: Complete Chronicles is required. And if you have Until Uru, my KI number is 00893821.
